Quarter Share Scheme

The quarter share property scheme is where each property is shared between four separate owners.  Each owner is allocated a letter (A, B, C or D) which relates to specific dates that they have use of the property.  The dates are on a four year cycle as shown above.

Condominium fees are shared equally between the owners, and each sharer pays for their own utility bills.
